Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Welcome to Touched with Elegance! We are excited to help bring a refined, beautiful clean to your home. Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth and professional experience: Scheduling Appointments: Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. A confirmation email or text will be sent once your booking is secured. Appointment times are based on availability and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Deposit & Payment: A non-refundable deposit of [$25–$50] may be required at the time of booking. Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, Zelle, check made payable to 'Touched with Elegance LLC', apple pay, cash app, credit/debit card and venmo. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee (typically [$25]). No-shows or last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings. Access to Property: Clients must ensure that we have access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter the home and cannot reach you within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment will be considered a no-show. Preparation for Cleaning: To ensure the best service, we ask that personal belongings (toys, laundry, dishes, etc.) be tidied up before our arrival. If additional tasks outside of the original service request are needed, additional charges may apply. Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our priority! If you have any concerns with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
